wireless rope bridge camera system

Description

Rope Bridge Camera System is designed to record the activities & behaviors of arboreal wildlife on rope bridge crossings & at feed stations. The system comprises two REMOTE CAMERAS, each having a cabled Proximity Sensor, two POWER BOXES with Solar & one BASE STATION with Solar. If required, up to 23 Remote Cameras can connect wirelessly & send their photos to a single Base Station.

Animals are detected as they pass in front of the Proximity Sensor triggering the associated Remote Camera, three images are recorded with each activation. High resolution images are stored on the Remote Camera's SD card & backup images are transmitted wirelessly from the Remote Cameras to the nearby Base Station where they are stored locally to SD card. With the Base Station mounted at a readily accessible location data from all the Remote Cameras can be easily retrieved. The system operates on its own unique wireless network, NO internet or mobile service is required. Standard cabling kit included, longer cables available to order.

Remote Cameras are supplied with a robust steel security case with an internal camera mounting rail ensuring that the camera will always return to the exact same alignment.

Day time photos are colour, night photos are black & white, at night the target area is illuminated by the camera's 850nm infra red led array.

The Camera DOES NOT have a PIR sensor as these are prone to false triggering & erratic operation. Instead it utilises a Proximity Sensor that connects to the camera via a 4m long cable. Both the camera & Sensor are powered from the Power Box.

Remote Camera with security case is 110w x 110d x 180h & weighs 1500g, the case has four 6mm threaded mount ports on the rear. Swivel mount brackets are also available. Standard camera power cable is 4m long, longer cable are available.

Up to 23 Remote Cameras can connect wirelessly & send their photos to a single Base Station.
