OverWatch Remote Surveillance and Wildlife Monitoring System is readily adaptable to a wide variety of remote site applications including but by no means limited to:
Farm & asset protection – outback equipment & mining sites – environmental time lapse monitoring – wildlife & habitat - feral animal control – bait & feed stations How it Works:Overwatch Cameras record high definition photos/ video when they are activated either by, intruder detection triggers from the camera’s PIR Sensor or in accordance with your pre-programmed Time Lapse schedule. Photographic data is stored to the camera’s SD card as well as being transmitted wirelessly to the Base Station. The Base Station acts as a central hub, encrypting and processing multiple cameras incoming data then passing it on for delivery by either the 4G network or Starlink. Each base station is capable of handling a network of up to sixteen OverWatch cameras.
About the Portal:The cloud based subscription portal from less than $4 per month provides control of your remote camera network as well as access to albums of your camera’s images. You can also change various camera settings, check battery status and have pictures sent to your phone or email. Transmission Range will vary depending upon terrain and weather. In open flat terrain with clear line of site ranges of up to 5 km may be achieved. However in undulating country or wooded areas range may be reduced 1~3 km.
