The 7B Kit provides the ability for multiple viewers to watch the live video transmitted from the Wireless NestBox Inspection Camera included with the kit. Encourage students to participate in nature. The standard 7B kit includes three LCD-14 Monitors allowing groups of around 10 students to view and record. Extra Monitors can be ordered to cater for larger viewing audiences. Simply use the "Add extra LCD-14 Monitors" option and select the number of extra Monitors you require. The storage case supplied is capable of holding up to 10 Monitors.
The Inspection Camera screws onto any painters extension pole that has a 3/4" x 5TPI male Acme thread. This Monarch 1.8~3.6m pole from Bunnings for around $42 is suitable for reaching nest boxes up to heights of 4~5 metres.
The kit also includes one rechargeable Smart Battery with Nylon Pouch which mounts near the end of your extension pole. This will provide around 6 hours of camera run time. Extra batteries are available to provide additional run time in the field. To order a spare, use the " Add an extra Smart Battery with Pouch" option.
